All products displayed on the website are subject to stock availability. Product prices, offers, and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed during order processing.
3. Transportation & Delivery
Delivery is subject to transportation availability and applicable regulations. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, transport availability, weather conditions, government regulations, and festive season demand.
Transportation charges are determined and collected directly by the respective transport service provider. My Diwali Crackers does not collect transportation charges. Once the order has been dispatched, LR/LLR (Lorry Receipt) details will be shared with the customer.
4. User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during enquiry submission and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, transportation, storage, and use of fireworks.

டெலிவரி சேவை போக்குவரத்து வசதி மற்றும் நடைமுறையில் உள்ள விதிமுறைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டது. இடம், போக்குவரத்து வசதி, வானிலை, அரசு விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் பண்டிகைக் கால தேவைகளைப் பொறுத்து டெலிவரி காலம் மாறுபடலாம்.
போக்குவரத்து கட்டணங்கள் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட போக்குவரத்து நிறுவனத்தால் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டு நேரடியாக வசூலிக்கப்படும். My Diwali Crackers எந்தவொரு போக்குவரத்து கட்டணத்தையும் வசூலிக்காது. ஆர்டர் அனுப்பப்பட்ட பிறகு LR/LLR விவரங்கள் வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு வழங்கப்படும்.
4. வாடிக்கையாளர் பொறுப்புகள்
விசாரணை சமர்ப்பிக்கும் போது சரியான தகவல்களை வழங்குவது மற்றும் பட்டாசுகளின் கொள்முதல், போக்குவரத்து, சேமிப்பு மற்றும் பயன்பாடு தொடர்பான உள்ளூர் சட்டங்களை பின்பற்றுவது வாடிக்கையாளரின் பொறுப்பாகும்.
5. பொது விதிமுறைகள்
பொருட்களின் விவரங்கள், விலைகள், சலுகைகள் மற்றும் இந்த விதிமுறைகளை எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் முன் அறிவிப்பு இன்றி மாற்ற My Diwali Crackers-க்கு உரிமை உண்டு. இந்த இணையதளத்தை பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் நீங்கள் இந்த விதிமுறைகளுக்கு உடன்படுகிறீர்கள்.
