Delivery terms and conditions
1. Order Processing
All enquiries received through the My Diwali Crackers website are subject to verification and confirmation by the My Diwali Crackers team. Product availability may vary depending on stock levels and seasonal demand.
2. Delivery Coverage
My Diwali Crackers delivers to serviceable locations through authorized transport and logistics providers, subject to applicable laws and regulations governing the transportation of fireworks.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation. Delivery schedules may vary depending on location, transport availability, weather conditions, government regulations, and festive season demand.
4. Shipping Charges & LLR Details
Shipping charges are not fixed and may vary based on:
- •Delivery location
- •Order quantity and volume
- •Transport service provider
- •Applicable transportation and handling charges
Once the order has been dispatched through the transport service, the LR/LLR (Lorry Receipt) details will be shared with the customer for shipment tracking and collection purposes.
Transportation charges are determined and collected directly by the respective transport service provider. My Diwali Crackers does not collect, control, or receive any transportation charges on behalf of the transport provider.
5. Diwali Season Delivery Restrictions
Due to high transportation demand and operational limitations during the Diwali season, delivery services may be restricted in certain locations.
Orders placed during the last two weeks before Diwali may be eligible for delivery only in selected major cities and serviceable areas, subject to transport availability. My Diwali Crackers does not guarantee delivery to all locations during this period.

2. டெலிவரி சேவை பகுதிகள்
பட்டாசுப் பொருட்களின் போக்குவரத்திற்கான நடைமுறைகள் மற்றும் சட்ட விதிமுறைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டு, அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட போக்குவரத்து நிறுவனங்கள் மூலம் சேவை கிடைக்கும் பகுதிகளுக்கு டெலிவரி செய்யப்படும்.
3. டெலிவரி கால அவகாசம்
ஆர்டர் உறுதிப்படுத்தப்பட்ட பிறகு, எதிர்பார்க்கப்படும் டெலிவரி காலம் தெரிவிக்கப்படும். இடம், போக்குவரத்து வசதி, வானிலை, அரசு விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் பண்டிகைக் கால தேவைகள் போன்ற காரணிகளால் டெலிவரி நேரம் மாறுபடலாம்.
4. டெலிவரி கட்டணங்கள் மற்றும் LLR விவரங்கள்
டெலிவரி கட்டணங்கள் நிரந்தரமானவை அல்ல. அவை பின்வரும் காரணிகளைப் பொறுத்து மாறுபடலாம்:
- •டெலிவரி செய்யப்படும் இடம்
- •ஆர்டரின் அளவு மற்றும் எடை
- •போக்குவரத்து நிறுவனம்
- •கையாளுதல் மற்றும் போக்குவரத்து செலவுகள்
ஆர்டர் போக்குவரத்து நிறுவனத்தின் மூலம் அனுப்பப்பட்ட பிறகு, சரக்கை கண்காணிக்கவும் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளவும் தேவையான LR/LLR (Lorry Receipt) விவரங்கள் வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு வழங்கப்படும்.
போக்குவரத்து கட்டணங்கள் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட போக்குவரத்து நிறுவனத்தால் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டு நேரடியாக வசூலிக்கப்படும். My Diwali Crackers எந்தவொரு போக்குவரத்து கட்டணத்தையும் வசூலிக்காது மற்றும் போக்குவரத்து நிறுவனத்தின் சார்பாக எந்த தொகையையும் பெறாது.
5. தீபாவளி கால டெலிவரி கட்டுப்பாடுகள்
தீபாவளி காலத்தில் அதிகமான போக்குவரத்து நெரிசல் மற்றும் செயல்பாட்டு கட்டுப்பாடுகள் காரணமாக சில பகுதிகளுக்கு டெலிவரி சேவை வரையறுக்கப்படலாம்.
தீபாவளிக்கு முந்தைய கடைசி இரண்டு வாரங்களில் பெறப்படும் ஆர்டர்களுக்கு, தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட முக்கிய நகரங்கள் மற்றும் சேவை வழங்கப்படும் பகுதிகளில் மட்டுமே டெலிவரி செய்ய இயலும். இந்த காலகட்டத்தில் அனைத்து பகுதிகளுக்கும் டெலிவரி வழங்கப்படும் என்று உத்தரவாதம் அளிக்க முடியாது.
